Birth Savvy ™ is a 5.5 hour childbirth education class developed and presented by Christina Scribner, Certified Nurse Midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Parents will leave empowered with the knowledge of what to anticipate during labor and birth, as well as how to plan their birth to optimize healthy outcomes and satisfaction – both during and long after their experience. Parents will return home with a folder of essential handouts and local resources.
Class size is limited to 4 couples (pregnant mama and one support person).
Payment is required upon registration.
